PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

Clear about your data.
From the first hello.

Here’s what happens to the information you share when you enquire about a project, book a conversation or ask for support.

Your brief stays on your device until you choose to send the email.

No advertising trackers are added by this website’s code.

A direct contact for questions: help@robomotion.pro

1. Who we are and what this covers

Robomotion.Pro provides business automation and custom development services. For questions about information you share with us, contact help@robomotion.pro.

This policy covers this marketing website and the project enquiries and support messages it helps you prepare. Separate services, client systems, the legacy flow store and external booking or review websites may have their own notices and contractual terms.

2. Information we handle

When you prepare a project brief

The form asks for your name, the workflow you want to automate and, optionally, the tools involved. It prepares an email draft in your email application. The website does not submit that form to a server or save it in website storage. We receive it only if you send the email.

When you contact us

An email may include your name, email address, company details, project requirements and any attachments you choose to send. Support messages may include an automation name, error details, timing and business impact. Please redact unnecessary personal information and do not send passwords or access tokens by email.

When you browse

The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This website’s code does not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies or behavioural tracking. Fonts and the logo are served with the site.

The private review version may require host-provided sign-in. That sign-in and its essential storage are handled by the hosting platform under its own privacy notice.

3. Why information is used

We use the information you send to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a scope or proposal, deliver agreed services and investigate support requests. Relevant correspondence may also be needed for business records, resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve taking steps at your request before a contract, performing an agreement, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting services, or complying with legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent by contacting us.

Preparing a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Any request to receive optional marketing should be separate from your project enquiry.

4. Service providers and external websites

Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver messages and operate this website. Information may also be shared where needed to deliver agreed work, obtain professional advice or comply with a legal requirement. Client project access and data handling should be specified in the relevant service agreement.

Booking links take you to meet.robomotion.pro. Review links take you to TrustMate. Information you provide there is also subject to the relevant service’s privacy terms. Review those terms before providing information.

Providers may operate in countries other than your own. Applicable arrangements for a client project, including any required transfer safeguards, should be established before project data is shared. Contact us if you need information about the providers or processing locations relevant to your enquiry.

5. Retention and security

The website does not retain the brief you type. For correspondence you send, retention depends on whether an enquiry is still active, an agreed service or support obligation remains ongoing, or records are needed for accounting, legal requirements or the resolution of a dispute. Contact us about the retention or deletion of a particular message or project record.

The site is delivered over HTTPS. Email and any attachments remain subject to the security of the email services involved. Use an agreed secure method for sharing credentials or sensitive project data; ordinary email is not the right place for these.

6. Your choices and rights

You can browse without preparing a brief. You choose whether to send an email and what to include. Your browser or email application may retain drafts under its own settings.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights can have conditions and exceptions.

Send a request to help@robomotion.pro. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. You may also be entitled to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

This website is intended for business enquiries. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information that should be removed.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the site or its data handling changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
